10 years after the Pulse nightclub shooting, Orlando Weekly’s complete coverage from June 12, 2016, through today.

He was speaking to the stunned masses at the candlelight vigil on the lawn of the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, on June 13, 2016. On that night, more than 10,000 people gathered to demonstrate the truth of the “Orlando United” slogan that had already taken root across the region. Ten years later, as we still await a permanent memorial and LGBTQIA+ rights are being obliterated, we wonder: Is Orlando united, still? Was hate a visitor, or was it lurking on the doorstep all along?
