Record Store Day returns to Orlando Saturday

Record Store Day is here again! With both a staggering list of exclusive releases of varying degrees of quality (hey, if anyone wants to drop that Meredith Monk reissue by the office on Monday, we’d be much obliged) and St. Vincent on board as the official ambassador, expect Saturday to be a VERY bustling day for local record stores.

Park Ave has an extensive slate of activities planned, including a meet-and-greet with Sublime With Rome and hosting duties from comedians Larry Fulford and Alex Luchun.

Retro Records
59 N. Bumby Ave.
Retro Records will have an extensive selection of exclusive releases on hand.

Rock and Roll Heaven
1814 N. Orange Ave.
RnR Heaven will be stocking a bunch of the exclusives this year.

Show up early, don’t expect to find everything on your wish list, and be patient when faced with lines – music is supposed to be a fun hobby and/or obsession, remember?
