It’s a busy time for stadium shows here in Orlando, and next up is singer and rapper Post Malone, as his “Big Ass Stadium Tour” heading with Jelly Roll and Sierra Ferrell comes to the City Beautiful.

There are only two Florida dates on this run — Miami and Orlando — and Posty’s nightly setlists are a mix of old faves and newer songs from country-curious recent album F-1 Trillion.

That might be one too many Florida dates for grumpy locals, who melted down after Shakira’s show at Camping World Stadium earlier this week. Even WKMG news anchor Justin Warmoth got in on the non-fun with a Facebook post reading “This Shakira concert at Camping World Stadium sounds like she’s playing in my driveway. I live three miles away. How is this okay?”

As reported by the Orlando Sentinel, Orlando police received over 60 calls regarding the volume at Shakira’s concert and the City of Orlando received three code complaints. Redditors, meanwhile, wondered if climate factors had anything to do with the volume.

Which leads us to wonder if Post Malone and Jelly Roll will attempt to overturn Shakira’s bass supremacy. Yee-haw, everyone.
