Stalwart Milk District bar Whiskey Lou's Lounge is set to celebrate a half-century of "serving them strong" next month and, to mark their budding second life as a raucous live-music spot, will fittingly be hosting a bunch of local music.

The event will be hosted by Sabrina from Real Radio's The News Junkie and includes a packed lineup of musicians including the Tremolords, Giddy Up Go, Muddy Fire, Levon White and the Ukelaliens.

Whiskey Lou's 50th Birthday Bash is set for Sunday, April 14, kicking off at noon. The event free, just bring yourself (and some friends).
