Alt-rock darlings 10,000 Maniacs are currently out on tour and teaming up with fellow Alternative Nation staples Spin Doctors (also playing the Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando this Friday) for a one-night-only coheadlining gig next month that’s like an MTV Buzz Bin come to life!
