The concept, founded by Orlando coffee veterans and owners of Cups and Pups Coffee Matt and April Guldi, is located at1307 Edgewater Drive. The ’90s-themed outpost focuses on small-batch, yeast-raised baked goods such as custard croissant buns, cinnamon rolls and monkey bread, plus specialty coffee. Though the Guldis are new to the bakery business, Yeast Coast Bakehouse has already been attracting attention from the community, they say.
“Coming from a coffee shop, the bakery is a whole different beast,” co-owner Matt Guldi said in a release. “Every item is made completely from scratch and takes multiple days to make … We are ready to celebrate and thank everyone this weekend for joining us on this journey!”
Yeast Coast Bakehouse is open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday to Sunday.
