Austin Tex-Mex chain Chuy’s is moving their headquarters to Orlando after being purchased by Darden Restaurant Group.

Orlando-based restaurant operator Darden — which also owns Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze and Ruth’s Chris Steak House, among many others — finalized the purchase of Chuy’s for $605 million on Friday of last week, according to Austin Business Journal. No timeline has been set yet for the restaurant’s corporate headquarters to move to Florida, as of this writing, though early 2025 is one estimate.

There are currently three Chuy’s locations in the greater Orlando area, and one in Kissimee.
