The 32-foot-long bus will spend two weeks serving Chicago-style Italian beef sandwiches, Chicago-style hot dogs, char-grilled Italian or Maxwell Street Polish sausages and crispy crinkle-cut french fries.
The first stop on the Beef Bus’ Florida tour is in Kissimmee at the Mecum auto auction at Osceola Heritage Park from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 15 and Jan. 17 to 19, before it departs to Tampa. The stop is a ticketed event, while supplies last. Tickets can be purchased through Mecum, and prices range from $30 to $70.
The Beef Bus will also make stops in Tampa (Jan. 25), Lutz (Jan. 26) and Middleton (Jan. 29).
The tour has been highlighted by the chain’s dedicated Instagram to the bus, @BeefBusOfficial.
