Bourbon Steak, the chi-chi chophouse by celebrated chef Michael Mina, will open inside the old Shula Steak House space at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel July 26. The Orlando outpost is the restaurant’s 10th location and will serve USDA Prime steaks, Japanese wagyu, Maine lobster pot pie and more “special occasion” fare … PopStroke, the Tiger Woods-backed putt-putt and dining venue, opens Aug. 6 at the Hamlin Town Center at 5487 Hamlin Groves Trail. PopStroke will launch a new restaurant concept in the space called Bar Tenders, a casual scratch eatery serving sports bar classics and, of course, chicken tenders. Doors open at 10 a.m. and the first 250 customers receive a free chicken sandwich …
Local Puerto Rican chain El Cilantrillo will open a location this fall at 431 S. Chickasaw Trail in the Rio Pinar Plaza. The 4,470-square-foot space will feature a tropical bar and live music nights. The restaurant is from the same owners as Turull’s Kitchen & Bar, subject of last week’s review … Naz’s Halal has opened at 2435 S. Orange Ave. in SoDo offering rice platters, gyros, burgers, wings and other NYC-style food-cart fare … Deeply Coffee has opened its second location at 12639 W. Colonial Drive in Winter Garden … Mexican-inspired coffee shop Águila Coffee will move from Market on South to Ivanhoe Village. Look for Águila to open in late August at 1215 N. Orange Ave. next to Oxford Eyes.

Seito Sushi Baldwin Park is now open for lunch Thursdays through Sundays … The Kitchen House in College Park will host Andrew Scala, the man behind JAM Hot Chicken, for a Chef Night event Monday, July 28.
