The buzz was real — and now so are the hand rolls. A new location of Sushi Saint, the handroll bar and sushi lounge from Michelin-recognized chef Michael Collantes, is now officially open in Winter Park.
What started as a downtown Orlando favorite with a loyal following for inventive temaki and creative bites has expanded into Winter Park, giving locals a new reason to trade in routine dinners for something a little more roll-the-dice delicious.
Sushi Saint’s new location brings inventive rolls, premium sashimi and celebratory sake service to the former Bar Kada space on West Fairbanks Avenue.
Collantes, the mind behind Michelin-starred omakase restaurant Soseki next door, pivoted the former sake-focused Bar Kada into a more food-forward concept aimed at drawing a broader dining crowd. The new Sushi Saint keeps the playful energy fans expect while expanding the menu and drink offerings.
The Winter Park location sits between Soseki and the newly opened Perla’s Pizza. Guests can expect hand rolls crafted to order, creative small plates and a curated sake and cocktail list designed to complement the seafood-centric menu.
Reservations are now live as the restaurant settles into its new home.
