It's about time a good ramen spot opened near University of Central Florida.
And here it is: Naroodle Noodle Shop, off University Boulevard and Dean Road, across the street from the Publix, at 10034 University Blvd.
The new restaurant, which features dishes such as spicy miso ramen and shuriken gyoza, soft opened on Nov. 27 and is now open for business with fluctuating hours (that's why they call it a soft opening, folks!). "We are currently open from Tuesday to Saturday," the Naroodle team tells us. "Starting next week, we will be open Wednesday (December 12) to Sunday moving forward."
Naroodle's grand opening will be in January, so get ready to flex your best noodle slurp.
