Mango's Tropical Café, the I-Drive restaurant and dance club, announced today that they will accept the cryptocurrency Bitcoin as a legitimate payment next year.
"With the rise of Blockchain based Cryptocurrency as a method of customer payment, Mango’s will continue to stay at the forefront of technology and hospitality and is exploring accepting Bitcoin as payment beginning in 2018," said Mango’s COO and Developer Joshua Wallack in a statement.
No word on whether or not the servers accept Bitcoin as tips.
Mango's isn't the first Orlando-area business to accept Bitcoin, Izzibanon Colonial Drive and La Antioquena on Lake Mary Blvd also accept the currency.
There's even a Bitcoin ATM on Church street in downtown Orlando.
