Gideon's Bakehouse is moving into East End Market

Gideon's Bakehouse is opening up a shop in the East End Market on July 19, which means the wait is over for cookies.

Gideon's announced their upcoming shop in a Facebook post Tuesday, saying that soon customers will be able to enjoy their cookies every day if they choose to, without preordering.

This comes as a blessing to their avid customers, who in the past have had to exercise great bouts of willpower and determination to get their hands on some chocolate chip cookies. Before, customers had to rush online once a month to try and place an order on Gideon's limited batches. Once the order limits were reached, customers were then placed on a waiting list.

With their upcoming shop, the hope is that everyone will be able to try a Gideon's cookie.

Their new shop in the East End Market will also offer cake by the slice, as well as more of their baked goods, so even if you're not a cookie-lover, you might have a reason to visit them.
