Get the first taste of Bagel Bruno at their pop-up inside Foxtail on May 10

Bagel Bruno, the new Montreal-style bagel concept created by Pizza Bruno and Foxtail Coffee, will be having its first pop-up in Winter Park next month.

The Bagel Bruno pop-up will be Friday, May 10, inside the Winter Park Foxtail (1282 N. Orange Ave.), according to the Facebook event. Starting at 7 a.m., customers can be the first to try Bagel Bruno's select signature bagels and spreads from its upcoming restaurant in College Park.

The first 100 guests also get to try "Bruno Bites," which sound like bagel bites but with an added touch from Pizza Bruno owner Bruno Zacchini.

Bagel Bruno's Facebook page says the upcoming restaurant's bagels will be "created with a naturally leavened sourdough that are boiled with malt syrup for a vegan-safe, but authentic, Montreal-style bagel," which sounds pretty yummy to us.
