As reported by The Daily City, Caro-bama will open up shop in the North Quarter Market, which is located below the NORA apartment building at 855 N. Orange Ave., and is expected to open on Jan. 5, 2018.
The food truck’s owners will move into the space once occupied by produce seller Farmacy, sharing it with other Orlando favorites like Credo Coffee.
The hot sandwich kitchen will serve the popular food truck’s smoked meats.
Fans of the food truck need not worry; it’ll still operate around Central Florida after the restaurant opens.
