Bonchon, the best Korean fried chicken chain, is opening in Waterford Lakes

Korean fried chicken chain Bonchon will open its second Orlando-area location in Waterford Lakes by the end of the month.

While the exact opening date has yet to be announced, the new Bonchon outpost will make it’s Waterford debut in the former BREW spot, at 504 N. Alafaya Trail, Suite 118. 

Florida’s first Bonchon opened last August near the Orlando International Airport on Semoran in the Orlando Gateway Village Circle plaza, also home of Carrabba’s Italian Grill and Bonefish Grill.

The chain is a favorite by rapper Action Bronson, who visited the New York location in his Fuck, That’s Delicious series for Viceland. Besides double-fried, extra crispy Korean wings, Bonchon features bibimbap bowls, pork belly buns, Korean tacos, a full beer and wine menu and more.

Bonchon still has plans to open at least two other locations in the Orlando area by 2019, one of which is supposedly coming to downtown.
