Being delicious at Winter Park's new B Cupcakes

B Cupcakes opened its Winter Park location in December 2013.

I've been a fan of B Cupcakes since their Apopka days, but it's such a trek! Needless to say, when I heard they were opening a new location in Winter Park, I couldn't get there fast enough. According to Google maps, B Cupcakes is about 20 minutes away from my house. I made it in 15.

There were three of us, so we shared three cupcakes: chocolate overload, the Elvis and the 21+ only Kahlua cupcake. The cakes were uniformly moist and each frosting was to die for. As an amateur cupcake baker myself, the real standout for me was the banana cake on the Elvis cupcake.

Not only does B Cupcakes have stellar sweets, they've added a milk bar to the Winter Park location. More literal than the one you'd find in the Milk District, their milk bar features 9 different flavors of milk. I tried the salted caramel milk, and it was out of this world. I can't wait to go back and try the toasted marshmallow.

B Cupcakes is a bit difficult to find at first, located between a UPS store and a cross fit gym. If I went to that gym, I would end every single workout with a cupcake, defeating the entire purpose. So, it's probably a better option to just  skip the gym and eat the cupcake.
