Michelle Buteau’s “Surviving and Thriving” stand-up tour is finally making a stop at the Hard Rock Live in Orlando. (The tour was rescheduled from last year.)
Buteau’s award-winning scripted shows and fan-fave comedy specials have solidified her as a comedy powerhouse. She made history in the summer of 2024 with her second Netflix comedy special, Buteau-ful Mind at Radio City Music Hall; she was the first woman to record a special in the storied venue. The milestone special saw her call out rampant transphobia from her peers in the comedy scene.
She strives to create a safe environment where people can laugh while also drawing attention to social issues. Buteau’s quick-witted laughter-as-medicine style will bring “surviving and thriving” to vivid and empathic life.
