Art After Dark Credit: Courtesy

Downtown gallery and social space CityArts brings back their popular Art After Dark mixer this week. The after-hours “semi-formal soiree” allows art mavens and professionals to chop it up while checking out the art in the seven galleries that CityArts houses, as well as their courtyard space.

Soundtracking the night are Jayo, WPRK’s Frankie Messina and Antonia Rivano — with surprise guests teased. Also promised are beer and whiskey tastings, light bites, photo opps and even artist meet-and-greets. So get over your downtown qualms and have some fun.
