Lauded by National Geographic as a contender for “the most interesting neighborhood in Florida,” our ever-growing Mills 50 is throwing a Fall Festival, replacing falling leaves and pumpkin spice with local wares, artistry, and eats and drinks.
This free, family- and dog-friendly event, centered around House on Lang and Gold Dust Home, invites the community to shop from local vendors, experience live music from local bands like Bithlo Possum Revival and Brian + Hannah, and feast from pop-ups like the Pizza Slut and SwedeDish Food Truck.
Drinks from neighborhood destinations like Ten10 Brewing and Guesthouse are most definitely included. As this area continues to gain notoriety, draw in new crowds and (gasp!) gentrify, soak up this iteration of Mills 50 while you can.
1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 28, The House on Lang, 1308 Lang Ave., mills50.org, free.
