This weekend, joggers can test their inner 12-year-old in an approximately three-mile long bouncy house course in Kissimmee, Florida.

Making its way across the country in more than 115 cities, the Insane Inflatable 5K will take place Saturday, Jan. 30 at 8:30 a.m. in Osceola Heritage Park.

The course incorporates more than 11 inflatable obstacles throughout the park, with six new obstacles added for 2016.

According to Osceola Heritage Park, inflatables include “Mad House,” where runners climb through a challenging new inflatable; “Jump Around,” the largest inflatable of its kind with more than 70 feet of bounce pad; and “Finish Line,” where participants dodge wrecking balls, make their way past the tipsy towers, climb the rope ladder and slide their way to victory.

Packets with race bibs and wave wristbands can be picked up on Friday, Jan. 29 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Sports Authority Kissimmee.

  • Runners can pay $65 on Friday, $75 Saturday or $100 for an all-access pass, which allows participants to run in any wave time.
