Cue the comfortable shoes and the early curfew — Earlybirds Club lands at the Beacham with a dance party that respects your tomorrow.
Designed for women, trans and nonbinary folks who have things to do the next day, this night runs from 6-10 p.m. because joy is better when it doesn’t come with a puffy-eyed hangover. The DJ spins crowd-pleasers from the 1980s through the 2000s — pop, hip-hop, new wave and R&B — the kind of songs perfect for belting out in a room full of strangers.
It’s less a “scene” and more a “space”: kind vibe, complete with sensible footwear and room to move at your own pace. A portion of the proceeds supports pantry One Heart for Women and Children, adding a little good to the good time.
