Creative City Project has announced the return of their downtown Orlando arts takeover Immerse, set for early next year.

This 10th iteration of Immerse is promised to be an “epic artistic experience” by organizers Creative City Project — also the brains behind annual holiday lights installation Dazzling Nights.

To wit, over the three-day course of Immerse, downtown Orlando will become a staging ground and canvas for a legion of artists and performers of all types to do their respective things out in the open. So expect acrobats, dancers, singers, musicians and visual artists holding forth on the streets and in every available public space.

“Immerse is the heart of what Creative City Project is all about,” said Cole NeSmith, artistic director of Creative City Project, in a press statement. “Elevating artists to create one-of-a-kind experiences audiences can’t find anywhere else in the world.”

Immerse happens Friday-Sunday, Feb. 21-23, from 5-11 p.m. each day. The event is free, but ticket upgrades are available to get you even more immersed.
