Orlando's biggest theme parks and smaller attractions are closing this weekend in anticipation of possibly disastrous conditions from Hurricane Irma.

Disney World, Universal Orlando and SeaWorld Orlando have all announced closures starting on Saturday, Sept. 9 and continuing through to Monday, Sept. 11. At Disney:

- Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom theme parks will close at 7 p.m. on Saturday and remain closed through Monday. Saturday's "Rivers of Light" performance, "Fantasmic!" performance and "Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular" performance are canceled.

- Magic Kingdom and Epcot theme parks will close at 9 p.m. on Saturday and remain closed through Monday. Saturday's "Illuminations Reflections of Earth" performance and "Happily Ever After" fireworks are canceled.

- Disney Springs is closing early on Saturday and remaining closed through Monday. Blizzard Beach is closing on Friday, Sept. 8 until Monday, and both Typhoon Lagoon and ESPN Wide World of Sports are closing on Saturday.

- Resort hotels will remain open through the hurricane. Disney expects to resume operations on Tuesday, Sept. 12.

At Universal:

- All parks will close at 7 p.m. on Saturday. Universal will continue to be fully closed on Sunday and Monday, but anticipates resuming normal operating hours on Tuesday.

- Rock the Universe, Florida's biggest Christian music festival, will continue its normal schedule on Friday, but Saturday night events will be canceled.

- Universal's on-site hotels are at full capacity. The hotels will remain open through the hurricane.

At SeaWorld:

- Both SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay plan to close by 5 p.m. Saturday, pending further updates. Both parks will remain closed through Sunday and Monday.

- Aquatica Orlando and Adventure Island will be closed on Saturday through Monday.

- Discovery Cove will be closed on Sunday and Monday.

- SeaWorld Orlando says its security and zoological staff will remain securely on the property. The theme park is providing support and temporary housing for animals from other zoological facilities where a bigger impact is expected.

Legoland Florida theme park and water park in Winter Haven will be closed Saturday through Monday. Legoland Hotel will remain open to admit arriving guests, though Legoland Beach Retreat guests will be relocated to the hotel. Legoland is encouraging guests who need shelter to seek other accommodations because they can't guarantee resort amenities or access to electricity during Irma.

The Orlando Eye will be open on Friday but will be closing at 9 p.m. on Saturday until after the storm has passed. Tickets are still valid thirty days after purchase.

The Orlando Science Center will be closed Saturday through Monday. If Orange and Seminole County Public Schools remain closed, the science center will start offering break camp for grades K-5 on Tuesday, safety and weather permitting. Call 407-514-2000 after 5 p.m. on Monday to confirm if a camp will be available.

Enzian Theater will be closed Saturday through Sunday.

This list will be updated as we get more information.
