To qualify under state law for property-tax exemption as a religious entity, The Holy Land Experience will once again offer free admission to the public.

The Holy Land Experience, which is owned by Trinity Broadcasting Network, announced on their Facebook page that the park will be free to the public on Wednesday, February 24.

This annual tradition doesn't happen because that's what Jesus would do. Nope, this glorious day occurs because a law passed in 2006 stating that the park qualifies as tax exempt because they display biblical images. Now, because of this ruling, The Holy Land Experience must open its doors for free once a year. Thanks, Jeb!

Free admission is only available until the park hits capacity. There's also free parking.

The Holy Land Experience is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
