Aliens, spaceships and drag are coming to the Plaza Live when Drag Race star Bosco headlines her first solo tour, The Marvelous Miss Gender. Bosco rose to fame as the “Demon Queen of Seattle” on the Season 14 of RuPaul’s Drag Race. She came back to Drag Race to compete in the 10th season of All Stars just last year. But now the spotlight belongs solely to Bosco in a retro-futuristic show about her alter ego, Miss Gender, trying to take over the world by turning everyone trans.

In the show, fans of Orlando drag might recognize some numbers that are inspired by the iconic Sierrah Foxx from the City Beautiful, a (sadly now deceased) performer who was pivotal to the way Bosco sees drag. This show is Bosco’s big moment and it shows, from the scale of the production to the scale of the venue.

8 p.m. Sunday, July 19, Plaza Live, 425 N. Bumby Ave., plazaliveorlando.org, $55.77-$142.32.
