Sean Patton, who performed at Will’s Pub in a surprise show last year, returns to Will’s to headline the opening night of the festival on Oct. 1. You may have seen him on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, Conan, @midnight, Inside Amy Schumer or Maron. Here’s one of our favorite clips of his, where the New Orleanian comic tells a story about how quickly things can get weird on the streets of the Crescent City.
Eddie Pepitone, who headlines the festival Saturday, Oct. 3, at Will’s Pub, is a comic’s comic who has appeared on basically every funny show (and a few unfunny ones) out there for the past few decades, including Chappelle’s Show, Community, Childrens Hospital, Flight of the Conchords and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. He’s also known as the voice of deli owner Reggie on Bob’s Burgers. A documentary was made about him in 2013 called The Bitter Buddha. Check out the trailer below.
The Orlando Indie Comedy Festival is still accepting submissions from comics around the country. We’ll let you know as soon as tickets go on sale.
