Penny (A424842) has been here for almost a month, and we are so surprised! Penny is 10 years old and is a laid-back senior girl. Remember, OCAS offers year-round adoption promotions: First responders and military veterans can adopt for free, all pets 7 years and older can be adopted for free, and cats are always BOGO (two for the “price” of one). The adoption fees include sterilization, vaccinations and a microchip.
