A 10-foot-long American crocodile and a manatee are now best buds.
According to the Florida Keys Free Press, the duo recently met in a canal at Lake Surprise in Key Largo. The massive croc actually allowed the manatee to nudge it around for about 45 minutes before local photographer Ron Lace snapped a photo.
Speaking of threatening, we also have Nile crocodiles, which are most definitely not supposed to be here.
This isn’t the first time a bitey aquatic reptile was spotted canoodling with a sea cow. In 2016, an alligator at Blue Spring State Park was spotted riding on the back of a manatee.
Of course, none of these situations top the most Florida photo of all time, when a raccoon “paddleboarded” on the back of a gator in Ocala National Forest back in 2015.
Love is love.
