Farm & Haus debuts brunch menu Saturday at East End Market

As part of the Audubon Park Bastille Day four-day extravaganza, Farm & Haus (formerly Farm-Haus) is taking the opportunity to unveil their July brunch pop-up series, served from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Saturday in the East End Market courtyard, as they lead up to their grand opening at the food hall later this summer.

Here’s what you’ll find this week on their Saturday mid-morning menu. It’s got a decidedly French twist in celebration of Quatorze Juillet:

Bastille Day Haus croque madame with Palmetto Creek ham and Lake Meadows Naturals egg – $10
Hausmade chorizo burrito or bowl with a Lake Meadows Naturals egg – $8
Veg burrito with “chorizo” quinoa and a Lake Meadows Naturals egg – $7
Summer avocado toast with local vegetables – $6
PB&J toast with Hausmade jam and berries – $6
Steel-cut oats with toasted coconut and fresh fruit – $6

For a beverage, there’s no shortage of frosty liquids to wash down all that “Hausmade” goodness. Try a cup of Lineage Coffee Roasting java or a cold-pressed juice from Skyebird.
