Beth’s Burger Bar will open its second location in a former baseball card shop on South Orange Avenue in Edgewood. Owner Beth Steele is shooting for an end-of-October opening.

The Four Seasons Food Truck is on a nine-city tour of the Eastern Seaboard, serving up regional specialties in each city, and there’s a scheduled stop set for Orlando Oct. 27 and 28. Keep track of the truck by following #FSFoodTruck on Twitter or visit taste.fourseasons.com to check out menus.

One of our fave events of the year, the Food & Wine Classic at the Swan and Dolphin Hotel, happens 5:30-9 p.m. Oct. 31 and Nov. 1. In addition to the more than 40 food and wine stations, there will also be a beer garden. Guests can also hobnob with celeb chef Todd English and the hotel’s world champion pastry chef, Laurent Branlard. Tickets are $95.

Over at another Disney-area hotel, the newly opened American Q at the B Resort & Spa features a Brews ’n’ BBQ tasting menu in celebration of Oktoberfest. You’ll get four small plates and four beers (think grilled oysters with maple bacon jam paired with a Widmer’s Alchemy Ale IPA) for $30 through the month of October.

Winter Park Wine & Dine goes from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15, at the Winter Park Farmer’s Market. The event features 30-plus restaurants and merchants like the Coop, Shake Shack, Carmel Café, Lombardi’s Seafood, K Wine Bar and more. Tickets are $40-$70; purchase at winterparkannual.com. The day after, the Taste of Thornton Park takes place on Washington Street. Tickets are $30 in advance; $40 on day of event; visit thorntonpark.org.
