We've seen some weird things touted as perks in our time covering interesting houses. Burned-down buildings hyped for their adaptability. Countless folks pretending new construction is a plus. The owners of the yoga retreat at 16829 Ridgewood Ave. in the tony town outside Orlando are throwing in a free Tesla to whoever purchases the off-the-grid home.
Before we get to that, it's worth taking the space in. The trippy cabin features a colorful space for yoga and meditation out back, complete with a two-story gazebo and waterfalls. The home is entirely powered by Tesla batteries and features space for a chicken coop and a sensory deprivation tank in the basement. There's no limit for the sort of mindful person whose willing to clear their head of how lithium is extracted.
Though no model is given, the seller's say the Tesla is practically brand new. It only has 12,000 miles on it and they claim the value of the car is around $42,000. They are also willing to sell the place furnished. (Clear your mind of questions about why they are trying to clear out so fast.)
