The Ormond Beach home of Hawaiian Tropic founder Ron Rice is on the market (and you need to look inside)

Ron Rice passed away at the age of 81 in May. The founder of Hawaiian Tropic — the sun tan lotion company that found fame due in part to its pageants and models — kept a massive Ormond Beach home. That house is on the market and a look inside gives everything you might expect from a mogul turned pageant-runner.

Rice invented Hawaiian Tropic in his garage in 1969. The product he whipped up in a garbage can became a hugely successful business. He sold the company to Playtex in 2007 for $1.9 billion.

Those big money numbers show in the house. The home overflows with bygone glitz and excessive wealth. A jacuzzi sits in an entirely mirrored bathroom. Winged Venuses emerge from pools that move between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Photos of Hawaiian Tropic models adorn every possible inch of space that isn't filled with Tiki art or dinosaur statues. 

The home at  175 Ocean Shore Blvd. measures a whopping 12,414 square feet. That space includes four bedrooms,  four bathrooms, three pools, two owner's suites and a private nightclub with a light up dancefloor.
