Winter Garden's Garden Theatre recently announced six full-length shows for 2017-2018, which will be the historic venue's 10th season since its restoration. The lineup includes musicals Jesus Christ Superstar, Annie and Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame; rotating male and female versions of The Odd Couple; and two edgy "Avant Garden" offerings: consulting director Rob Winn Anderson's original Southern Gothic drama A Tennessee Walk and Martin McDonagh's gory black comedy The Lieutenant of Inishmore, produced by Beth Marshall. Garden Theatre will also present a pair of "boutique experiences" based around Audrey Hepburn and Alfred Hitchcock during the summer. Current subscribers can renew now at gardentheatre.org or 407-877-4736; new subscribers can join starting May 1, and single tickets go on sale June 1.
In the six years since Dennis T. The touring cast features Shelby Ringdahl as Snow White, Madison Hayes-Crook as Cinderella, Daniella Richards as Sleeping Beauty, Miriam Drysdale as Belle, Cherise Thomas as The Princess Who Kissed the Frog and Ann Paula Bautista as both Mulan and Pocahontas.
