There are tons of adorable, adoptable, dogs right now at Orange County Animal Services, which has a Pawbucks promotion for the month of October – all dogs and cats can come home with only a $10 adoption fee. The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, initial vaccinations, tag and microchip identification, first de-worming, and heart-worm tests.
