Self-Defense Class 

When: Mon., Feb. 2, 7-9 p.m. 2015
Price: free
A two-hour session that familiarizes women with basic self-defense training and personal safety awareness. The first portion of the class is personal safety awareness and the survivor/winner mind set. The second part of the class is the actual self-defense training where students learn and practice proper stance, blocks, strikes, kicks and escapes. Men are welcome to join the class.
