"We were halfway through Atlanta on our last tour when the song ‘Poison & Wine' by the Civil Wars shuffled onto our iPod. Needless to say, the Nashville duo never left our speakers. Their album, Barton Hollow, is the best blend of folk and Southern rock in recent memory. There are three things that have become staples of our touring process: fun times, leftover fast food and the Civil Wars."

(Auburndale, Fla., pop-rock four-piece Love Cunningham are currently working on their sophomore EP. They open for Tiger Weather 8 p.m. June 9 at Back Booth with Cure For Caska. Admission is $5.)
