Monster is the third collaborative performance and art show in a series (following the innovative fabulousness of Hammers and Lambs and Shadows of the Waifs) by visual artist Patrick Fatica and Blue Star's VarieTease troupe, but this one goes a step further by combining a stop-motion short with experimental theater and dance. As with the previous productions, there is a dose of story thrown in: Monster tells the story of five girls who get lost in the forest and “fall victim to their vices.” The show runs through Sept. 15; get a taste here.
