The owners of Casa Leon Jewelers are selling their Orlando-area home, which features its own bowling alley, a "wine room" and more.
The 18,000-square-foot estate, located at
310 Saddleworth Place in Lake Mary, features a total of 14 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms and over-the-top luxury amenities.
The home, which comes with a guest house, is listed for $10,000,000 and is being sold by Tansey Soderstrom with Real Estate Firm of Orlando.
The high-end jewelry sellers and manufacturers got their start in Cuba nearly 75 years ago, when founder Navija Achkar-Valladares opened the first family store. Today, Casa Leon Jewelers calls Florida home, with a third location opened in Lake Mary in 2020.
Now for sale, the owners' home mirrors a life of luxury, with a two-lane professional-size bowling alley, a custom home theater, a complete gym and a state-of-the-art emergency panic room.
There's also a meditation spa complete with a "wine room" and sauna. The
three garages hold 16 cars and come with full air conditioning and a double car lift for any at-home maintenance.
Outside, there's a kiddie playground, full tennis and basketball courts with spectator seating, and a saltwater pool with an adjoining summer kitchen.
