Orlando City Soccer Club president Phil Rawlins recently sold his Winter Park home for a cool $1.75 million. The 5,395 square foot pad, located on Via Tuscany Oaks Way, was built in 2004 and features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a detached garage, and of course, a pool and a hot tub.
