How it works

First, buy a Fringe button. It's $5, and is required for entry to all indoor venues. Proceeds benefit the festival; all other ticket revenue goes to the performers. Buttons are available at the Fringe Tent and the Fringe Information Booth, both at Fringe Central, or at the door of any venue. The festival is open 6 p.m.-2 a.m. April 28, noon-2 a.m. April 29, noon-1:30 a.m. April 30, 5 p.m.-1 a.m. May 1-3, noon-1 a.m. May 4, noon-2 a.m. May 5 and 6; noon-8 p.m. May 7.

Tickets -- priced up to $8 -- may be purchased in advance at Fringe Central with a $1 surcharge added on advance tickets; all others go on sale at the venue one hour before the performance. Information: (407) 648-0077.

Arrive early. Popular shows can sell out quickly. Check the Information Booth daily for schedule changes, and for the lists of entertainment on the outdoor stages. And for the big picture, browse through the complete schedule. Or visit the Orlando International Fringe Festival site.
