Disney Enchantment, the first of Walt Disney World's many planned updates for the park's 50th anniversary, was revealed last night. And let's just say that fans are hoping the new nighttime show in the Magic Kingdom is not a sign of things to come over next year and a half.
Though any replacement for the universally adored "Happily Ever After" show would face an uphill climb, it's almost incredible how consistent the critical consensus is around the just unveiled park-closing show. Twitter users and Disney diehards have been spitting venom since the very second that the fireworks stopped last night, even going so far as to immediately stream the old show (to wash the bad taste out of their mouths).
