Portobello Restaurant in Disney Springs has closed and will reopen this fall with a new concept and a new name.
Ruth's Chris Steak House's vice president of culinary development, Abdiel Aleman, will prepare dinner at Second Harvest Food Bank's Chef's Night Series. Their "Year of the Steak" culminates with a meal inspired by recipes from a dinner at the James Beard House celebrating Ruth's Chris' 50th anniversary ... Three master sommeliers – George Miliotes, John Blazon and Brian Koziol – and James Beard Award winner Norman Van Aken will gather for a wine dinner at 1921 in Mount Dora Thursday, May 11, at 6 p.m. Cost is $175 ...
