Actor Christian Slater, arguably best known for his roles in "Heathers" and "True Romance" is moving out of the Sunshine State, and is looking to offload his renovated historic villa.
Located at 3618 Saint Gaudens Rd, in Coconut Grove, the home was built in 1928 and features a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as marble and oak flooring, a heated swimming pool, a guest house, custom-arched mahogany doors, a rooftop terrace and more.
According to property records, Slater paid $2.2 million for the home back in 2013.
Currently, the home is asking $3,950,000. The listing agent is Liz Hogan with Compass Realty.
