Bolay is like Chipotle (or Olea) but with “chef-crafted” Asian “bols.” Top off the base of noodles, rice, quinoa or greens with a selection of seasonal veggies like Brussels sprouts, minted tomatoes, balsamic mushrooms and ginger broccoli. Proteins include lemon or BBQ chicken, steak, pork tenderloin, miso-glazed tofu, spicy Thai shrimp and ahi tuna. Be prepared to be bol-ed over with flavor.
