Does a passion for great coffee go hand in hand with a love of midcentury furniture? Not necessarily, but third-wave coffee and American furniture of the 1950s and ’60s share a few traits: They’re both meticulously crafted, lovely to look at and best enjoyed in a beautiful environment. In Orlando, that environment is Propagation, a place that will seriously eff with your blood pressure: The calm, light-filled room, tastefully dotted with tiny succulents, will lower it; the Lineage Roasting coffee will jack it back up. When you’re ready to drop more than a fiver, proprietors Brittany and Travis will walk you through prices on the immaculate and often-changing collection of midcentury furniture, which is also for sale.
