Another kind of chemical warfare

Organic produce is easier to find than in previous years. But it sure would be nice to have someone bring those chemical-free goodies right to your door, wouldn't it? Orlando Organics (407-522-1502; www.orlandoorganics.com) is ready and waiting.

Providing everything from apples to zucchini, fruits and vegetables can be delivered weekly or twice a month, and are certified as organically grown. Packages for salad lovers and mixes of veggies are available. The inventory's not limited to greenery; ask about goat's milk, butter, maple syrup and other products.

From Lake Mary to Celebration, and Winter Garden to Union Park, the delivery area is broad. Orders come in cooler bags and can be left on the doorstep till you get home from work. Many of their suppliers are here in Central Florida, so you're helping your neighbors while you help yourself.
