Trevi Pasta expands, Swine & Sons opens soon, changes at BB Junction, and four new eateries 

Alexia Gawlak will be leaving her post as chef de cuisine at Siro Urban Italian Kitchen to join husband Rhys Gawlak at Swine & Sons. She will oversee S&S's pastry and dessert offerings.

College Park's Trevi Pasta will open a second locale in the Publix plaza on Weldon Boulevard in Lake Mary. Plans call for a full-service restaurant with wine and beer.

B&B Junction is now BB Junction. Other changes at the Fairbanks Avenue burger joint include a new menu (with a full lineup of pork from Full Circle Farm, new french fry sides and new sandwiches) and new hours (closed Mondays, but open for dinner service on Sundays until 8 p.m.).

The much-anticipated Flavor Farm Series Dinner at American Gymkhana featuring creations by chefs Aarthi Sampath and Hari Pulapaka has been postponed to April 3.

The 5th Annual Taste of Windermere will be held at the Grove Shopping Plaza Saturday, March 7, from 6-9 p.m. Participating restaurants include American Gymkhana, Capa, Highball & Harvest, Dragonfly, Ocean Prime and more. Cost is $60 advance; $65 at the door ... The Spring Lamb Dinner hosted by Border Springs Farms' Craig Rogers is 7 p.m. Monday, March 9, at Cask & Larder; cost is $150 per person ... Canvas & Cocktails at Infusion Tea is Thursday, March 12; tickets are $29 ... Jake's Beer Dinner goes 7 p.m. Friday, March 13, at the Royal Pacific Resort; tickets are $65.


Toca Boca, a 5,000-square-foot Spanish restaurant by Taverna Opa's Katerina and Vassilis Coumbaros, opens April 23 at the I-Drive 360 ... Former food truck Wako Taco will open an eatery on South Ronald Reagan Boulevard in Longwood sometime this month ... Little Greek, a fast-casual chain out of Tampa, opens its first Orlando location this spring at Waterford Lakes. Also coming to Waterford Lakes is Duffy's Sports Grill ... Bowigens Beer Co. has opened on State Road 436 in Casselberry.
