First off, the eatery inside East End Market will be rebranded as the "Bowl Bar" next month and offer a curated list of warm grain bowls and salad bowls, as well as a "build your own" option.
"We wanted to separate the eatery from the dinner delivery service by making it its own concept," says Brittany Lyne.
As far as the dinner delivery and pick-up service is concerned, Farm & Haus will transition from offering daily menu options to offering a set seasonal menu commencing Aug. 7.
"Three items will be offered at first," says Lyne, "and then we'll add more menu items each week in August for a total of six entrees, plus our grain bowls and salad options."
The seasonal menu, which will change every six to eight weeks, will also be 100 percent gluten- and dairy-free and will include nutritional information for each dish.
"This further aligns with our mission of making healthy and delicious food easy and accessible for all Orlandoans," she says.
Farm & Haus will offer its dinner delivery service Monday to Thursday from 5-7 p.m. via UberEats and DoorDash starting Aug. 7. Of course, customers still have the option of picking up their meals from East End Market. One change: Meals will be served chilled and will need to be reheated.
"By serving meals chilled, it will better preserve the integrity of the dish," Lyne says.
