Dying to rant about something that you’ve been wanting to for awhile? Wait no more. Nerd Nite is hosting its second annual Pi Day Celebration, at which nerds will present for up to 20 minutes on a subject of their choice – the more idiosyncratic, the better. These fellows are hunkering down with Canvs to bring in new presentations and programming like trivia, a dry T-shirt contest, a magic show and a drunken science nerd-off. A quick Q&A follows each presentation, so the audience will be able pick the brains of presenters. To keep the tradition of Pi Day alive, attendees also have the option of bringing homemade pies to compete in the Pie Baking Contest. Not a pie person? No problem! Attendees receive a discount of $10 from their entry for the Downtown Brewfest happening on Church Street if they want to unleash their inner beer snob on samplings of craft beer.

3-9 p.m. Saturday, March 14 | Canvs, 101 S. Garland Ave. | orlando.nerdnite.com | $10-$15
